NHS Lothian Research Governance and Management approval This team assists researchers in obtaining R&D Management Approvals for clinical studies conducted within NHS Lothian. NHS Lothian Commercial Research Governance and Management Approval This team assists researchers in obtaining R&D Management Approvals for commercial clinical studies conducted within NHS Lothian. NHS Lothian Quality Assurance The QA team ensures research is conducted to the highest standards by reviewing processes, auditing study documentation, and verifying compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements. NHS Lothian Monitoring The Monitoring team oversees ongoing studies by tracking progress, checking data accuracy, and supporting locations to maintain adherence to protocols and Good Clinical Practice. NHS Lothian R&D Contracts The Contracts team manages research agreements with NHS Lothian, working closely with the University’s Contracts team and solicitors.
