The latest DataLoch enhancements

The DataLoch service focusses on making health and care data research-ready and directly supporting NHS services.

Recently, DataLoch has rolled out a series of updates aimed at enhancing the researcher experience and expanding the availability of its data.

Key improvements include modifications to the application process, making it more intuitive for researchers to select data. In addition, they have improved their critical care data, and further data from NHS Lothian's hospital systems is now available to approved researchers by request.

A newly updated publications list showcases the research articles linked to DataLoch projects and highlights the impact of their service. There’s also a new video that sheds light on how DataLoch has improved NHS Lothian's support for the Cyrenians InReach service, an initiative that helps individuals at risk of homelessness.
